11/29/2025 EHT Nature Reserve Turkey Trot Help

Description: Volunteers will assist with the registration and distribution of T-shirts before the race. Additionally, one volunteer will ride the shuttle bus between the off-site parking lot at Atlantic Christian School and the parking lot from 8:10 AM to 9:00 AM, greeting the participants and handing out registration forms as needed. When the race begins, volunteers will shut down the registration area and transition to setting up post-race refreshments.

Volunteers should arrive at the Zion Road parking lot by 8:00 AM. You should be done and ready for pickup no later than 10:30 AM after the post-race activities.
