08/30/2025 Cards for Hospitalized Kids

Description: Volunteers will take the time to create thoughtful and colorful cards for hospitalized children. Each card should be neat, legible, well-crafted, and have uplifting messages. Volunteers will earn one hour of service per card, with a maximum of three hours total. All cards can be mailed in one envelope. Before sending, please take clear photos of the inside and outside of each card, as well as the envelope, and submit them using the Google Form linked below. Cards must be mailed out by June 30th. 09/07/2025 EHT Farmers' Market Help - Shift 1

Description: Volunteers will help to manage the arts and crafts table and clean up the tables during the event. Volunteers will help with anything else that is requested by the organizers and vendors including emptying trash cans and directing people to important locations. Volunteers are encouraged to take part in arts and crafts with the children during the event. Make sure to dress appropriately for the weather, wear sneakers and sunscreen as well as bring water and a snack. Volunteers should also be on time due to the shift transition and preferably wear Key Club or EHTHS apparel.

09/13/2025 Downbeach Seafood Festival - CFBNJ Help: Day 1, Shift 1

Description: Volunteers will be serving chowders to patrons. They will be assigned a station and a chowder from one of the participating restaurants. Volunteers will then mark off the patron's tasting card to indicate that they have tried that chowder. In addition, volunteers may assist with cleanup during the event, and some will serve as floaters to give other volunteers a chance to take breaks.


Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. As this is an outdoor event, a hat, sunglasses, a jacket, and/or a water bottle are recommended. Since volunteers will be serving food, anyone with long hair should have it pulled back.

Upon arrival, volunteers should sign-in at the CFBNJ booth (There will be a kiosk and/or a sign-in sheet, depending on Wi-Fi availability).
